Why are my proof images watermarked?
Watermarking ensures that the images in your gallery cannot be printed at a lab, and would be undesirable if printed on a personal printer. As the creator of your portraits, Tova Portraits, under the protection of federal copyright law, owns all the rights to your images. This includes the right to control the making of prints, photographic products and the right to regulate digital or online usage. It is illegal to copy or scan your prints or to screen capture, email, host or save your proof images without permission. Please note that the watermark will not print on purchased pictures.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates are available in any denomination starting at $25. Your gift certificate will be properly gift wrapped and mailed to your recipient.
What about rain and snow?
We can still photograph you and your family in a variety of weather conditions. We require that you provide both a telephone number and an email address. If the conditions should prevent the session, we will contact you at least one hour prior and schedule a new time and/or day. If the weather should allow us to begin a session, but not complete a session, we will schedule a time and/or day to complete your session (plus an additional free 15 minutes to recover the tone of the original session).
